Glute, Hips and Ab Workout: 3 - 4 sets, 12 - 15 reps

1. Stiff-leg deadlift
2. Wheel
3. Glute cable kickback
4. Bench weighted knee to chest
5. Swiss ball side single-leg lifts
6. Fireflies with sliders
7. Inner leg lifts
