
Grilled Chicken Lettuce Wraps
1 chicken breast
1 Roma tomato
2 leaves of a Romaine lettuce
1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Directions:
Step 1: Mix the chicken seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil together to make an marinade. Apply to the chicken breast on both sides and allow it to marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Grill the chicken breast until done. Slice up the chicken breast and tomato. Put two Romaine lettuce leaves on a plate. Add the tomato and chicken breast with what ever dressing you like.
This is a good way to eat a healthy sandwich without the bread.
