My progress


Here is some more pictures of my own progress. My husband made me flex, lol. I have already gotten to the point that I can not drink sodas anymore. It is not because of the high calories. It is because the amount of sugar in the sodas make me feel sick and dizzy after two gulps. One of my in-laws asked me if I wanted a soda and I politely declined and asked for water. However, she got offended ( I do not know why? ) and gave me the soda anyways. I drank two gulps, felt my stomach turn, and felt whoosy. I told her I am not trying to be rude, I really can not stand this stuff, lol. Here is the back shot below:


All I drink is coffee ( black ), tea ( black, green, and white ), and water. I eat chicken, pork, and fish weekly. I eat red meat only twice a week. Once you start understanding the way exercise, eating clean, supplements, and nutrients work together, it will become second - nature. Just take baby steps and educate yourself!
