Shoulders: Dumbbell Upright Rows


Dumbbell Upright Rows

Directions:
Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart and grasp a dumbbell in each hand and hang the dumbbells down in front of your thighs with the palms of your hands facing in toward your body. Concurrently raise the dumbbells up to just under your chin. You will do this by picking your elbows up and out. Hold for a one second at the top if the movement and then return to the start position and repeat.
