Free Workout: Shoulders



Shoulders are the easiest muscle to develop because they are small muscle group. As your shoulder muscles become more pronounce, it gives your waist the illusion of being smaller than what it is. Plus, a good set up developed shoulders also helps to lift heavier during chest exercises.  





Dumbbell Front Raises: 3 sets - 4 sets
  • Lean Out: 12 - 15 reps
  • Muscle Mass: 6 - 10 reps
