Self-sufficient ways

I was looking on Planet Green website this morning and found an interesting article about making you own vinegar. I think it is pretty cool to make you own stuff. Especially, how bad our economy is today and how to implement an organic item in your diet. The article explains how to make your vinegar, but you need to purchase a "mother culture" to get it started. They provide a link to purchase vinegar starters.
