
Grilled Chicken Egg White Omelet
5 egg whites
4 oz. of sliced chicken breast
1 tablespoon of feta cheese
2 tablespoon of diced tomato
2 tablespoon of minced onion
olive oil
Directions:
Step 1: Separate 5 egg whites, place in a bowl and mix. Put some olive oil in a pan and allow to get hot.
Step 2: Put the egg whites in the pan and add the rest of the ingredients in one half the the egg white mixture. Put the temperature on low and cover for 3 minutes. Uncover the pan and get a spatula to flip the egg white over the ingredients. Then, use the spatula to slide the omelet off the pan.
