Tuesday Morning Workout



Cardio
stepper: 30 minutes/speed intervals
bodystep: 45 minutes



Workout
bodyflow: 45 minutes
After the gym, I made myself a Raspberry and Blueberry Whey protein shake.
Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1 cup of Raspberries and Blueberries
1 scoop of whey protein
8 ice cubes
Directions: Add the water, whey protein and the berries together in the blender. Blend until smooth. Add the cubes one by one in the blender. Blend until smooth.
