Protein Shakes

Banana Strawberry Whey Protein Shake
1 cup of water or green tea
1 scoop of whey protein supplement
5 strawberries
1 banana
1 cup of ice cubes

Directions:
Step 1: Add a cup of water in a blender. Add 1 scoop of your favorite whey protein supplement, the strawberries and then banana. Then blend. Add the ice cubes one by one when blending.
