Protein Pancakes
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1 scoop of vanilla-flavored whey protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp of sea salt
olive oil
Directions:
Step 1: Add some olive oil to a pan and place it over medium heat.
Step 2: First, mix the egg yolks and cottage cheese in a blender until smooth. Then, add the protein powder, baking powder, and sea salt. Blend all of the ingredients. Each pancake can be made from 3 tbsp of the mixture. Makes 5-6 pancakes.
You can use a sugar-free syrup on the pancakes. I used a homemade orange marmalade on mine.
