Cardio Day


Outside Saturday Morning Jog
1 hour - 1 1/2 hours
3.5 - 4.5 rpm
Jogging outside is great because you burn a lot more calories in a short period of time. The reason why is because the environment is different. In the gym, you are jogging in air-conditioning. On the other hand, jogging outside, you are going to sweat your butt off!
