Mid Noon Meal

Shrimp and Couscous
2 lbs of raw shrimp
1 cup of Couscous
2 cups of water
1 cube of chicken bouillon
dried dill
lemon pepper

Directions:
Step 1: Add 2 cups of water to a small pot and bring to a boil. Then add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Take the cooked shrimp out of the pot and set aside. Season the shrimp with the dill and lemon pepper seasonings. With the remaining water, add the chicken bouillon in broken pieces. Then, add the Couscous and cook for 7-10 minutes until dry. Fluff Couscous with a fork when it is done. Serve shrimp on a bed of Couscous.

I got this recipe from a old issue of Oxygen Magazine. It is really delicious and easy to make.
