3 boneless chicken breast
homemade puff pastry recipe
1 egg white, beaten
2 tablespoon of whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds
cracked pepper
olive oil
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Season the chicken breast with pepper and 3 minutes on both sides. Set aside and allow to cool.
Step 2: On a lightly floured surface, in tablespoon servings, place the puff pastry balls and flatten them out to a tortilla shape. Place on a greased cookie sheet.
Step 3: Slice up the chicken breast. Spread some mustard on the puff pastry circles and place some of the sliced chicken breast on top. Beat the egg white and apply to the outer puff pastry. Drizzle some of the black sesame seeds on top. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
